- CHCade H.Apr 1, 20263.0Service was good they were good with explaining everything the 2nd time and getting the order correct, nothing against the order takers, however, the food is a different story. First time I came through my tea and McChicken was messed up, I was given an unsweetened tea with 2 sugars, which I presume is because someone forgot to brew sweet tea, this was redeemed the 2nd time thankfully, and my hot n spicy recieved a regular McChicken patty not a spicy one, though the fries were good. The 2nd time I came through though, everything was fixed so I'm fine.

- DMDonald MumperMar 10, 20261.0Went through the drive-thru tonight and I must say, "Wow" Not a good wow, not a "ah, its alright" wow, but a disappointing "Wow" Like when you see your kid strike out in baseball kind of "wow". First window, past few weeks, have had consistent issues with their card reader. The tap to pay on it doesn't always work, so they have to insert or slide the card, which other workers ive seen have figured it out. However, this young man, for the life of him, could not figure it out. Saying "So, uhhhh, it doesn't say declined, but, uhh, it's not taking the card". So I go ahead and say, "Ah, probably gotta slide it then, but I'll see if I have another card", And im being nice through this whole interaction, and the next card, same deal. Ended up figuring it out on the THIRD card. I then pull up to the second window and get my food and drinks. Fries cold, my wifes burger completely plain (Its supposed to have mustard and ketchup). I'm convinced that the group of high school boys they had on shift tonight just drag their feet. That's coming from someone who worked fast food.
