  I ordered a vanilla milkshake and they came out to tell me their machine was broken, then 5 minutes later they give someone a chocolate milkshake after telling me their machine was broken, and not fully cooked food, both the burgers were cold after just getting them

  Always have to wait or pull around no matter what you order and people in the drive thru get their food before you even if you are asked to pull around. It’s the only McDonald’s that is like this EVERY TIME YOU ORDER

  My breakfast was botched, cold, forgot my syrup, Hash brown had no salt was hard as a hockey puck. Ruined my morning. Hung the receipt on my fridge. Because it was so bad I'd like a refund?

  Normally this is not a bad McDonald's but the last time I went I had placed a mobile order at 10:19 and did not receive my food till 10:51. Sat waiting in the drive through. Food was good but no where near 30 min wait good.

  The red headed female manager is an absolute terrible example of how a manager should handle customer service. However Jordan for the win! Came out to help us to ensure we got what we needed. Great example of how management works. That girls attitude was spicy enough to catch fire. If she can’t handle helping customers she shouldn’t work a customer service job. Thank you for your help Jordan your friendly and helpful attitude saved your restaurant a bad review. Keep it up man!
