  This is the only review I've ever made because I try not to complain. Having said that the last 4 times I have ordered here my order has either been wrong, or delivered to the wrong unit. Tonight I used my free sandwich reward and got the wrong sandwich after waiting 45 minutes. I love Jimmy's but this location has lost my business.

  Our family ordered delivery (through the app) from the Wandermere JJs tonight, as we do 2-4 times a month. Everything was so yummy. I was sitting and talking with my family about how the sandwiches are always great, they always come quickly, and I don’t think we’ve been disappointed once in the 3ish years we’ve frequented them. They really do a great job. So we thought we’d drop a review and let them know!

  DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING TO JIMMY JOHN’S!! I usually don’t leave reviews unless the service is outstanding or the food is amazing. But I felt the need to warn our Spokane community about this Jimmy John’s location. I ordered a turkey sandwich and there was LITERALLY 2 Finley sliced pieces of turkey on my Sandwich!! I was so baffled that I went back into the store and kindly ask is this the right amount of turkey? And he said yes, that is the portion we do. I could not believe it! It was not worth my money. Not to mention the fact I paid $1.20 just to add cheese. But that is irrelevant, and that portion was adequate. I initially believed it was an error and they were going to add the proper amount of turkey onto my sandwich. Nope! I can’t believe they are going cheap with the main ingredient on a turkey sandwich. THE TURKEY! Spokane: head to Jersey Mike’s or any of the other hundred Places you can get a turkey sandwich at So you’re not disappointed like I was.

In an era where "fast food" can be hit-or-miss, this location consistently delivers on quality and accuracy. ​I personally love switching things up and trying different items on the menu, but my current go-to is the #13 Jimmy Cubano. The combination of bacon, ham, provolone, pickles, mustard, and mayo is balanced perfectly—it’s a savory, tangy win every time. My wife, on the other hand, is a creature of habit. She religiously orders the #4 Turkey Tom with no tomato and added cucumber. ​What really stands out to us is that her special request has never been made improperly. That says a lot these days when simple modifications often get overlooked. It’s a testament to the staff at this specific Wandermere shop that they pay attention to the details, even when they’re moving at high speed. ​Between the reliable service and that unbeatable smell of fresh-baked bread hitting you the moment you walk through the door, it’s our top choice for a quick, dependable meal. When in doubt, we stop by Jimmy John’s. It’s 5-star reliability in a sub sandwich!
