  Delivery took an hour even though I live 10 minutes away, and they used Uber instead of their own delivery, which is frustrating. Ordered extra meat on one sandwich and it clearly didn’t have it—super small and not what I paid for. Really disappointing—I'll be going elsewhere next time.

  They mess up every single order. We pay extra for things and they miss the items every single time. We live just down the street and it took them over 39 minute to drinks our food. We kept trying but at this point we can remember the last time they got the order correct.

  I purposely ordered ahead for a quick easy grab on my way out of town. The time frame on my order was 10:30-10:45. So much for that I waited 20 minutes in the shop and got it at 10:50 after 3 people walked in and placed orders in person and got their sandwiches before me. Wish i wouldn’t have tipped and just showed up to order. What a waste of time. Freaky fast is apparently no longer their motto.

  I really like this Jimmy John's it's in a good location and they have good sandwiches here I always get the East Coast Italian. but you can't go wrong with the gargantuan they give you lots of meat on it. that's my cousin's favorite he really likes it. My girlfriend doesn't like their bread for some reason I think their breads good though. and I like Jimmy John's a lot better than Subway. there staff is always friendly and courteous and outgoing and helpful and etc. The most memorable part of my experience is the delicious sandwiches they have it makes me always want to come back and they're very feeling and you can get a big one for under 20 bucks.

  I normally have really good experiences with JJ’s but not sure what happened this time. I had two sandwiches and one was good, but this came right out the packaging like this. I did take it back and they remade it as well as comp me a side. I’ll probably be back, it was just disappointing after a long day.
