Tana greeted us gleefully and gladly took our orders promptly and correctly! Drew was on the stoves and prepared our tasty burgers with the requested fixings👍🏾. I try to leave positive feedback when customer care/service is honestly demonstrated. Enjoyed the meal and greeting! Two of your finest there! Oh and the store number on the receipt is wrong and there ability to leave comments/praise on the survey.

The burger & toppings were all excellent, def worth it for the burger. The fries however were generous, but pretty bland and soggy… nothing tasty or crispy about them, sadly.
- CCCekMar 23, 20262.0Every time I order online I walk up to the pickup line, there usually helping a customer a head of me, take care of that customer, look me straight in the eyes and walk away without helping me, just leave me standing there, tired of getting ignored, also not loving the new fries bag instead of the cup, fries portion are smaller and grease leaks the fry bag.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.

Leftover fries are excellent reheated in the oven (or Air Fryer). According to Chad Murrell, one of the Five Guys, just pop them in a 350-degree oven for about 10-15 minutes.
