  A middle aged brunette woman wearing a blue shirt I’m assuming the manager was incredibly dismissive, rude and nasty. Could hear her talking poorly about us for ordering “the wrong lemonade.” She was making a scene to her younger coworkers and loudly talking poorly about us. Every other time I have come and ordered a strawberry lemonade and basic signature lemonade it has been correct. If it wasn’t clarified what lemonade was wanted that falls on the establishment not on the customer. A fifty cent up charge doesn’t equate to being a rude and disrespectful to customers. Promote one of the younger staff member this lady clearly lacks a business mindset and the ability to properly manage and handle costumers.

  Just dropped over $50...Lobby was filthy cashier tried to give me the bacon jr cheese when I said jr cheese no big deal but 3x Telling her no not bacon just regular cheeseburger then they added mustard to it asked to remake they did tho arguing about it my grandmother's bun was still partially frozen. Night Manager is horrible blonde long hair extremely rude no hair nets worn by anyone preparing food I'm so over this location! Save your money pick different location.... No one who manages a restaurant should have that little of customer service skills even if it's just fast food

  Walked in and immediately the women at the front counter was absolutely impeccably rude. I loved the part when i Asked if they could add a little brownie batter to my frosty and she just says "No".... while having a ugly smirk on her face. She wasnt wearing a name tag so I wasnt able to determine her name but she appeared to be wearing a manager's outfit. I dont know how she became the manager but, they clearly dont consider manners while hiring managers.

  I remember when the square pattys here were juicy and good. Now they halfway taste rotten. Fry's are decent although the burger is the most important part and it's nasty! Quality has really gone down. Will no longer be eating here!
