Even on a slow night they can’t get an order right. If you are looking for 3/5 of your order being correct then this is your place.

Yikes. This place has seriously gone downhill.
This isn’t a one-time issue. I previously gave the benefit of the doubt, assuming it was an off day. That was my mistake. Same pattern again: ordered through the drive-thru, told to pull around, waited 15 minutes, and received cold food with even colder service after having to go inside to retrieve our order.
The manager’s attitude remains the most consistent factor. Eye-rolling, dismissive behavior, and a clear sense that customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business operates.
Disappointing experience, repeated. Pattern confirmed. Expectations missed.
Corporate may want to take a closer look at this location.
