The sauces you discontinued were the only reason I came to eat your food. I will not be back. The food is average at best. The French fries are always cold and soggy. The sauce made it all worthwhile. You take my sauces, you don't get my business....

So today, I stopped by this store to grab lunch for myself, my boyfriend and our co-worker. It was around 1:15-1:20pm on 10/04/25. I went through the drive thru, first after the car in front of me pulled up to the window I was asked to please hold on a second. A few minutes later a young lady came over the speaker, can I take your order. She was not rude, she did not sound not happy or sad. More just flat! I asked for a small chili with cheese, onions and crackers. I also asked for an original spicy chicken sandwich, add bacon, no lettuce and 2 sweet and sour cups. I also ordered 2 Bacon Double Stacks no pickles or onion, then added 2 more Bacon Double Stacks with the Pickles and Onions. I pulled forward to the 1st window like I was asked to, then asked if I was paying cash or Card. I said card and was asked to pull to the next window because the card reader at the 1st window was down. So I pulled to the 2nd window to wait, which I knew was gonna be a few minutes which I was ok with. They handed me 2 bags out the window after I pay for my order a few minutes later. I get to my work further down NewPort Highway, I go in and I split up there order so we can all eat. 1st, thing I notice is I did NOT, receive Bacon Double Stacks, I got Double Stacks. I also did not receive my 2 Sweet and Sour cups. I did not check my chicken sandwich until a bit later due to having a tattoo appointment. So when I open my sandwich, I find no Bacon on it, and it has melted cheese. I do NOT like melted cheese on anything outside of pizza. I don't usually order cheeseburgers because of melted cheese. So I am very upset with this location, I go here several times a month and they get my order correct 1-2 times out of 6. Like I get what it is like to work in the food industry, because that is what I do. So with that said I am very pissed that I paid for 4 bacon Double Stacks, 2 NO pickle or onions and a spicy Chicken sandwich with Bacon and 2 sweet&sour cups which I received 4 regular Bacon Double Stacks and a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese.
The only thing right was my small chili. Really sad that this keeps happening because I may have to try raising Caines Chicken, Chic f'lay, Houston Hot Chicken or any of the other restaurants in the area. I hope someone reaches out to me and makes this right.
