Everything was cooked perfectly and the portions were so generous I barely finished. I’ll definitely be coming back later in the year.

The last 2 times we've been to the twigs on the south hill, our service was nearly non existent, it took forever to get our drinks and food. Tonight, we sat in the bar, it took forever to get a glass of water, our drinks took nearly 30 minutes after ordering, then we gave up on our meal ever arriving so we left and went through McDonald's drive through. It wasn't the evening we had hoped for. This will be my last time at the south hill location and it'll be a while before I go back to another location. I hope they improve because I really loved going and I'll miss them.

By the time the food was set down before us, it was almost cold, and the chicken was not tender, I took quite a bit of sawing to cut it with the knife. The waitress asked several times what side i had ordered, which did not match what was on the platter she was carrying, so she walked away trying to find who it belonged to. On the 3rd time around, she finally just gave it to me and brought the side separately. Very unprofessional.
