Try to order something in the drive thru and want it ‘supreme’ sorry can’t do that. Have to pay individually for ea extra even tho online give me the option for 1.00 more. Ok, fine. I order online. Get there and they don’t have Dr Pepper. It’s literally the ONLY soda I treat myself to. Ok, fine just refund my drink. We can’t. What do you mean you can’t? Because I ordered online, I can’t get a refund have to do it online. THERE IS NO OPTION FOR A REFUND ONLINE. so I guess I just eat the money I paid for a drink that this store absolutely REFUSES to help me with. I will NEVER EVER be back. Probably not ever to Taco Bell in general. A shame since I work downtown and spend far too much money eating lunch every day.
- TKTori KingJan 4, 20261.0I ordered food with Destiny and she was very very rude I paid $25 with card and it went off my card and I only owed $4.91 left and she said I still owed $30 she said she was the GM at the store and she was wearing the same as a regular crew member I called a different store to find out if she was a GM at this store and she said no and she will be sending out an Email out to the GM at this store letting the GM know one of the GM Crew member is telling Customers that she is the GM at this store. She was super super rude with hand jesters and 5 customers were behind us just left because of how rude she was she definitely need to get a write up or fired. She can't be acting like this at all.

I woke up with the worst stomach pains and was throwing up and having issues all day long with cold sweats etc. I didn’t eat anything else prior so I know it was the Taco Bell. Not fun idk what was wrong but assuming it was the beef. Work on food safety I feel terrible and have to call off work.
