You're so busy trying to have your employees upsell everyone that everybody needs to sit in line for 60 minutes?? Just sat behind four cars for over 30 minutes the first car never moved... Being so I haven't eaten all day I decided to go into the restaurant I get told I cannot buy anything because there is no till up front and there's no manager there. I simply wanted a drink and maybe a taco I don't understand why I have to go through this crap every time. You need new management new employees and stop up selling for 10 minutes.

- KJkatie joFeb 19, 20265.0I came through the drive thru at 8:09 pm on 2/18/26. I think the young lady's name was Seirra but my receipt says Bale C. She had blackish/brown hair with purple. I've been in the restaurant business for 33 years and it's hard to find employees that really stand out and have a great personality. She was a breath of fresh air, great personality, sweet, and patient with my 8 year old who was very indecisive. I was feeling stressed out and she honestly made a difference in my day being a bit more positive. I just wanted to say thank you, you're an amazing women ❤️
