This cost them money. This cost your business money. The workers are prioritizing drive through. I placed a mobile order for pickup because it’s usually faster. Not today! I counted two fulls lines of car go through the drive through in the time it took me to get my food. That was 24 minutes. I would avoid this location until they can get their act together.

So he went back the guy was handed a couple things ok theres your whole order. No he had to go back again still didnt get my chicken cantina burrito. The guy was handed a grilled stuffed heres your burrito. No it was a chicken cantina. I called because my husband was done. Im not trying to get free food i want my food i ordered when i order it the first time. Hung up on the guy. Like i said not out for free stuff just frustrated. Ive never had a bad experiance here like this.
