- TLTerri LouwaertApr 21, 20221.0Matt is a terrible representation of customer service. After waiting forever with 2 people in front of me, (because he can't stop talking), he started my order. I had 3 people behind me when a man went straight to the register and ordered. When I said something about people being in line he got mad, stopped making my sandwich went to the back grabbed a mop and stasted mopping the floor. A couple in line walked away and so did I. I work in the mall and will never go back to this subway
