When it was our turn to put in our order, a gentleman walked through the door and loudly announced himself, asking if his order was ready. One employee said I'm making it now. I do not know the circumstances of this man's order, but she started helping us prior to him walking through the door. The employee who went to help us, but then stopped to make his order , IMO should've let us know that she'll be right back with us because she needed to make the online order quickly. Just would've been polite to inform us of what was going on. But all worked out awesome because Kristine, the other employee, rocked it with her customer service and sandwich making skills! Thank you Kristine!
