  There was a gentleman working there on Feb 13 that had great customer service. He was very friendly and just overall had a good attitude. I dined in and during that time someone called in about a lost wallet. He took the time to look around the restaurant for it.

  Been to this store a couple of times. The night crew is always amazing and friendly and great with my food. The morning crew is often rude, don’t make an effort to make my food and leaves me feeling like I inconvenienced them by walking in.

  1 star until your hours are updated. It's pretty frustrating to come up here with a timeframe in mind, to have something entirely different written in marker on your door.

  WOW! I went to the Subway in Hillyard today. I quite going about 10yrs ago because someone discovered they were using an ingredient in their bread that they use to make yoga mats. I think since then they have rectified that, not sure. Today I walk in and it is $18 dollars for a foot long. WOW! In this economy? Jimmy John's has better sandwiches fir $8 bucks for a 10 inch! I will NEVER be back and I should not have went today. Godspeed folks.

  Stopped by on 1/7 @ 7:30pm and the store was locked. The employee was walking around and even looked at us and just ignored us. The hours said they were open till 8pm. Very poor customer service and if you are going to have your employees lock the door before your set closing time, then change your hours.
