I quite going about 10yrs ago because someone discovered they were using an ingredient in their bread that they use to make yoga mats. I think since then they have rectified that, not sure. Today I walk in and it is $18 dollars for a foot long. WOW! In this economy? Jimmy John's has better sandwiches fir $8 bucks for a 10 inch! I will NEVER be back and I should not have went today. Godspeed folks.

Very poor customer service and if you are going to have your employees lock the door before your set closing time, then change your hours.

A few people were upset about the wait and he handled the situation with grace and professionalism. Sometimes a job well done deserves recognition and this was one of those times. I wish I had his name.

There was no communication on that at all what so ever I was charged for the avocado and yet there was no avocado on my sandwhich. I called to let them know the situation and was told they ran out of it so they couldnt put any on it. When I went inside to pick up my order the lady didnt bother to say oh by the way we ran out of smashed avocado would you like me to refund you that. In fact she didnt bother to say anything at all to me. And on top of all of that the sandwhich bread was hard amongst other things with the sandwhich. I've never had so many problems with a subway as I have with this one.
