- SRsarah randolphSep 30, 20251.0This is the worst location to go to. Placed an online order around 6pm. Go to pick it up and I had to wait for someone to come out from the back to help me(no one is ever out front to greet the customers) I was informed my order was canceled because they didn't have enough teriyaki chicken for my sandwich. While I was standing in the lobby waiting for someone to help I noticed the floor was just mopped, gate was halfway closed and all the food was already put away. Im thinking they canceled my order because they were closing early, wasn't even 630 and on a Monday, website says they close at 8pm. Seems like this location always shuts down early. I Placed another online order with the Nevada location and kudos to them, lobby was full when I arrived but they still greeted me when I walked in. My order was ready, food was great and customer service was awesome! My advice to everyone is go to the Nevada location, they are happy to serve you!

I ordered on 9/16/2025 5:12 Served by 9******* If subway contacts me I will give the rest of the number cause I don’t feel comfortable including the total server id number
