Very disappointed. Returned to the store and Phillip, the manager was kind enough to remake the order.

It doesn't matter what time of day I come in. I ask your employees every single time why there are No cookies and I get an excuse every single time! First it's oh our oven is off, or Mid day shift didn't make any or its to late in the day to make some? Seriously?! What is the point of having cookies/ Cookie Dough if your not going to cook/Bake your cookies? It cannot take more then 20 minutes to make a batch of cookies In the oven. Come on. Your losing Money & Customers because your staff is to lazy to bake Cookies!? Very irritating 😒
