I can’t speak to the atmosphere. What I can say though is. I did an online order. Then went online to get the number because I accidentally put jalepenos on a sandwich and wanted to ask them to remove. You can’t call through to the store. It instantly made me uncomfortable. So I started reading the reviews. Seems this store is awful and not one store manager or owner has responded to all these people losing money and be treated poorly. I will never order from this location again. For a business to be open and active with no way of communication should be closed and all the money people have had stole from them shows a lack of integrity for subway as a whole company. Just because they have different owners don’t mean it don’t reflect poorly in all subways. I will not be going back to this one. I will definitely be spreading the word as well. Not that it means much to them. Corporate subway should be stepping into help with this store poor service and food. The bread was so crisp and mine was not supposed to be toasted at all. So why is the bread hard, lettuce is brown, hardly any meat. My daughter could not even bite into hers. Very little ingredients or sauce on mine and I asked for extra Mayo. Terrible experience and stressful after I ordered from a store that don’t even have a way to communicate with them. Don’t go to the Grand Blvd subway. It’s awful.

I ordered through the subway app and as my driver was waiting for my food to be done another doordash driver stole my food to eat it themselves they canceled my order and you guys would not remake it. This is bull crap. I want a phone call back from somebody. Every time I try to call the store number it does not go through. Do not order here you will not get your food

This store sucks, not only can I not cancel my order through the app(which should be like, basic step number one of being able to place an order, is being able to cancel it) but also, THEY DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL EITHER. I LOST 38 DOLLARS ON AN ORDER I COULDNT EVEN COME TO GET
If I could rate you lower and personally bankrupt your store I would, but it’s just not an option unfortunately so I’ll have to wait a few months for it to happen on its own.

Won’t except coupons and more expensive than other stores. My sandwich was twice the amount of what it would have been with a coupon.
