The first time, there was a note in the bag saying, "Sorry, we ran out of provolone." Okay, I can understand that, but not saying anything to me when I came to pick it up so I can substitute a different cheese is ridiculous. Now this second time, I ordered it with two cheeses on it, and absolutely NO cheese on the sandwich of any kind. No comment when I picked it up, no note in the bag, no explanation whatsoever. Isn't it common sense that a cheesesteak would have CHEESE on it??
