  I genuinely cannot believe Kaylen (the closing manager who made me and my friends food tonight) managed to be promoted to manager when she so clearly doesn't want to be there and is miserable to interact with. This woman was incredibly ridiculously rude and more than likely intentionally messed up my food I specifically asked for LIGHT yellow mustard and NO jalapenos and my friend watched her drench my sandwich in mustard the second i walked away to fill our drinks and put a decent helping of jalapenos on it as well, I'm thankful its a preference and not a allergy you could really hurt someone like that you know and I get it dude its 20 minuets till closing and what not but be like the rest of us in the service industry and be prissy after the customers leave. ill for sure be looking for a more direct way to complain because there were just so many things not correct about that interaction and somebody higher than her needs to do something about it. (a first for me personally I've never complained about a employee directly)

  The customers should not have to listen to employees (specifically the pink haired girl with tats and piercings) complain about other employees and the "younger generation" while literally ignoring the customer, and acting just like the people she was complaining about. Zero eye contact, rude as could be. Fake apology when I called her on it. I unfortunately left my phone and had to go back and was appalled with how I was treated and being talked about. I gave them a $5 tip as she practically threw my phone at me. In all their rudeness I was never offered the drink that came with my meal, my sandwich was dry, she was skimpy with the toppings and seasons so it also lacked flavor. Terrible service.

  Over the weekend I got two sandwich’s. There were 2 ladies working- both looked like they hated their lives. The one lady making the sandwich was rude and short. Should not be working with people clearly. The other lady who checked me out should probably learn how to wrap sandwiches when she works at subway. Just a thought. This place has gone down hill.

  I unfortunately got food poisoning here from a sandwich I ate yesterday. I was puking all day after eating it. It had the rotisserie style chicken. Was the only thing I ate all day.
