  We had good experiences before at this location, but not this time. We ordered two Cheeseburger combos with tots. The burgers were good, but they forgot the tots. Then they brought fries instead of tots. We ate the fries instead of having them come out a third time. The fires they were hot but greasy. Plus no napkins and the drinks were more than half ice. We may try a different location next time.

  Decided to order some food while waiting for a door dash order. Brought the order out, no drinks. Asked for the drinks with the order and waited for our items. Completed the first order finally and then brought out our order. It was also wrong. Not enough straws either. Ended up leaving the fries and walked out on the Mozzarella stick order so I could deliver the DD. Sucks to suck. Merry Christmas.

  We paid in cash and weren't given out change. The tots were so salty they couldn't be eaten, the popcorn chicken was rubbery, and the onion rings tasted like they were fried in cake batter. Definitely do not recommend.

  This places is absolutely awful. Just moved over to this side of town. Ive been twice & both times they took about 20 minutes just to come to the window. Breakfast time i went around 8am. Either they waited for a chicken to hatch & egg & dispatched a fresh pig for bacon or they have no clue how to make a bacon & egg sandwich. It was basically brunch by the time i got my order. 2nd time i just went for some family treats. 4 normal blizzard type ice creams. I might as well traveled to Tillamook Oregon to get the real deal ice cream as i would have gotten it and returned to North spokane before they could even get me and another car through the drive through. This location and workers are going nowhere fast.

  Service was absolutely horrible. Im door dashing and showed up to pick up an order, i pull into a stall and press the button and the only words out of the lady’s mouth was “what’s the name on the order” -although that is what i came for, what if I wasnt picking up an order? After giving her the name, i sat in the stall for 40 minutes. Throughout my time waiting, I went inside twice, first time got no help and the guy in front of me said he has been waiting inside for almost an hour just to order and nobody has come to help. Second time I still waited for another 10 minutes just to find that that there was still apparently 7 orders ahead of mine which made no sense how the drive through managed to move along so quickly. People were honking their horns in the whole parking lot, one guy even lit something on fire and threw it out the window of his truck. Employees were rude, ignoring everyone in the lobby, and you’d probably be in and out of the dmv quicker than you would receive food here. Until they can hire better employees, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else.
