  They dont fill up their bags of ice all the way. Just saying if I pay fir a cup of ice it cost like 76 cents if you dont fill the bag your ripping me off at least a cup of ice every time and fir poor people, it matters js

  First time there. All I need to say is they are the best fast food burger joint on the north side. I will be going out of my way to come here. Great staff. Great burger. No complaints. Bonus points to the staff.

  I got my food at 10pm its now 1am and my whole family is throwing up with food poisoning. The last few times ive gone here the icecream tastes like soured milk, fries are over salted, everything's burnt and when I order an ocean water i get a blue raspberry sprite instead. When you order they act like youre wasting their time or something and then they seem so annoyed with you when they bring your food as if they cant get you to leave fast enough. The night crew is the worst of all. I know sonic isnt the best but these guys are the worst.

  Popped by for dinner with the family, and took the opportunity to run inside to use the bathroom. With over 10+ years of restaurant experience, cleanliness of the bathroom is a good judge of how clean the kitchen is.... The tap in the ladies bathroom needs to he tightened, the floor was sticky, there was also ice beside the toilet. On my way by I peered into the kitchen...not impressed one bit. Not sure if they were short staffed??

  Went for late night milkshakes. I checked to make sure that they served REAL FRUIT milkshakes before going because thats what we wanted... Sonic at this location DOES NOT serve real fruit in their milkshakes. Its just syrup that they are calling real fruit. When I see somebody claiming they serve real fruit milkshakes, I do not expect BANANA syrup or STRAWBERRY syrup or any pre-mixed syrup flavors. I expect it to be fresh or frozen fruit thats mixed into a milkshake. Ill probably never be back.
