They talk to people with great disrespect, almost as if they didnt apply to work there and that everyone is such a major inconvenience to them. Jasmine and Charles are the absolute worst quite honestly. Ive been treated poorly and I've witnessed countless other people be treated the same. Do better Safeway.

I am pregnant and she told me that I needed to just carry all my groceries next time. She was really rude and made fun of me. Upper management needs to have a talk with her on how to respectfully talk to customers. I have never been made to feel so bad for just trying to get a cart. She needs to learn compassion!! The way she treated me when I am obviously pregnant and am having a hard time walking right now with swollen ankles. I was shocked!!!

Had to get last minute small cake, flowers, card, and a few household things. They went above and beyond my expectations. I stated I would bring my own bag. They gave me one. They also placed a Hapoy Birthday tag on the cake and I didn’t even request one! The card I picked was substituted - for the better one! They hand picked a better card for me that wasn’t on the site! I was so amazed and happy with this pickup and the smile on her face as she came to my car was the cherry on top. Made my morning and my panic of the day’s errands so much lighter. Thank you!!!
