I get there's rules, but the bag should be full, and it's not common out of anyone's paycheck. Recently yheve been more generous and friendly. They're Ingredients are available and they have kind workers. Appreciate this place. I go atleast 3 times a month .

Had a burrito, tortilla tasted very good & was folded perfectly, and it had plenty of filling even with just rice/beans/protein. Somewhat expensive, especially when you only get a moderate amount of meat. Still, seating was nice & the interior looked very good. There's a one-way exit door that might not be obvious at first in the corner as well so you can leave without being in traffic.

I was shorted on every item I ordered, the large chip bag was not even a third of the way full. They grabbed 3 peppers for the vegetables on my Burrito. I had to ask for an extra scoop just to get the normal amount. I had to come back because they didn't bother to include my child's food, and I was treated like an idiot for- in her words, "walking off without it". I walked out without it because it was not included in my bag of food. If you did your job AT ALL, let alone correctly, this would not have happened. The manager on shift was an extremely unpleasant person. Constantly pushing all the work onto the other employees. On shift manager also kept being impatient constantly asking what's next what's next before the previous request was even started. She acted like it was super inconvenient to her for us to order food. She was snappish and abrasive. Constantly rushing us. Didn't want to fix any issues with the food when we had to come back. Very nasty and blaming others. If you dont want to work, quit. Don't act like this. It's extremely unprofessional and frankly ridiculous. Don't waste your time or money here. Food is good when they include it. Only come here if you want bad attitude, rude management, unapologetic mistakes, and dismissive service.
