I usually love this place especially the south hill location but I had the worst food I've ever received from fast food in general on Wednesday at this location. The guy making my food was super rude and practically ignored me when I was asking to add queso on it before he cooked it and when I got home and went to eat it, it was uncooked the tortillas were soggy on both sides the only thing cooked was the cheese crust on the outside. I had to pan fry it so that it wasn't just mush. The lady at the counter that helped me was nice just the guy who cooked and prepared it who was rude and didn't do a good job

Was once a favorite. No more! Prices have gone up at least 20 percent. Steak was tough and gristly. Very noisy. Lots of shouting by employees. Check stand employee with hardware all over his face! Not a pleasant experience!

This place is always a hit or miss. My family likes going here. Guess it depends on who is running it that shift. Walked in and the first thing I was told by the night MANager is " no veggies guys." That's weird. Doubt they ran out of veggies at 8pm on a Wednesday. Grilled Veggies should be a necessity.. what if you're vegetarian.

I had ordered nachos from them through doordash. The first issue I had was they forgot my chips…how does one forget chips in nachos? Then while I was eating I found a piece of hair and a piece of plastic! I will not be eating here again
