- ABAdrian B2 days ago2.0They have always been out of a major ingredient (tortillas, rice, beans, or meat). The last visits (5 visits) over a few months now I haven't been able to even eat there due to it, it's consistent. It's been 1-3 hours before they close...so I'm confused on their inventorying/prepping. The Qdoba in Airway Heights seems better where I have not run into this. So yeah disappointing to not even be able to eat at all, thats pretty bad it's been consistent.

Two other people walked in behind me and still was never helped. Left after waiting almost 10 minutes without being served.

She went out of her way to ensure all the food was setup properly and all my guest ate on time. EZ cater driver was nice but not as professional and needed a lot of guidance from Ashley. Definitely makes me anxious for any future Ezcater orders that don't have the restaurant's catering manager's assistance because it would not have been properly executed, and my team would not have eaten on time without her. Ashley was so nice and went out of her way to get my company a discount and coupons to smooth over some of the unorganized chaos. However, the experience was fast and clean, I will be booking this store catering frequently for my company and I would 100% recommend everyone to do the same! Ashley needs a raise!! Without her amazing personality and efficient leadership, Qdoba would not have our business!

I knocked on the door and even called the place and was ignored both times and I walked here so I was very disappointed especially for never having it before and this happens.. I came 20 minuts before closing and the lady that is closing just decided to walk to the back and stay there. So very disappointed. I work in food Industry as well and we stay open until the time it says we close no matter what. And we continue to see people until then. We have had people order two minutes before we close yes it may be annoying but we still honor our word and they. Get served there food. Disappointing is all I can say. If I was general manager I'd make sure your places are staying open until they say they're actually closed because it's simply not right if you're gonna close way before actually closing time. Then officially change your closing time 🙄🙄
