  Food is often wrong. Im pretty sure door dash is just their delivery system now. The store workers don't answer the phone because they have a call center now (not us located, you know so they can pay them less) In fact the phones in store have the ringer off. There is no *atmosphere* it's been gone since you guys got rid of the restaurant part if your establishments. It's just a shell of a company.

  The customer service at this South Hill Pizza Hut location has immensely improved since both "Heaven" and "Andrew/ (Drew)" started working there. They always provide excellent customer service within the workplace, are very friendly, and they always make sure that the customer is informed of the best deals or current promotions going on. Nothing but positive vibes and superior customer service from both of these associates. I felt the need to recognize both Heaven and Drew, because I believe it is important to give credit where credit is due. Nowadays, it is difficult to find good people with great qualities like these two have, so shout out! And keep up the good work! And thank you for being Pizza Hut Rockstars, and giving everyone a great experience!! 😁👌🏼👏🏼 🍕🍕 🍕

  Didn't care for their pizza at first but it has grown on me. Their wings are pretty great too.

  Would help if they actually answered the phone instead of keeping me on the retarded automated line with a annoying lady blabbing all day for 20 minutes. RIDICULOUS.

  My friend ordered a p'zone. While we are on a tight schedule, it was done and less than quoted time. She said it was delicious. This is a take out only pizza place. They have a cashier and limited seating.
