  Warm, clean and cozy dinning area. Food is good tastes fresh and healthy, wished it was more chips options, and cookie is almost too sweet to enjoy and the bathroom gets neglected at times and hate the fact that it's a code to get in. Also, wished it was a better way for rewards members to sign in.

  Walked in yesterday and I was having trouble deciding what i wanted to get so i asked "ken" what he would recommend and he told me the spicy steak stack or the bacon turkey bravo he couldn't work the register but he was still extremely kind and delightful. Excellent service!

  I ordered a catering this morning to be delivered at 10A but received a call stating that they didn't have the staff for it. I was okay with cancelling until the person that called said "each of the other orders is $3000". I am unsure why that was added but my $8000 of catering orders over the last 3 months was apparently chump change and not worth the extra effort. I have been ordering catering from Panera since 2017 but it is not the same Panera I once knew. At this point I will take my business elsewhere moving forward.

  I had no idea that Panera bread had changed their chicken walnut salad sandwich. I don’t know if I had a bad batch, but the consistency of the the chicken salad that I had- was like wet cat food… BLENDED wet cat food. I drove all the way to the north side of town to get that sandwich and it was so bad I asked for a refund, and left hungry, but also without an appetite if that can make any sense. Going out to eat it’s just so expensive now, it’s really hard for me to be OK with things like this especially when a business is cutting all kinds of corners and taking things off the menu and “simplifying“ products and ingredients to cut their costs, but raise the prices for their customers. I give the staff five stars for staying professional and kind while I was “one of those” customers today. I mean, my son‘s order was completely wrong, but I really didn’t want to hassle them or waste food and have them remake another meal, then ironically ended up hassling them anyways AND wasting food as well because my sandwich was not it for me. Isn’t that however! I had no issue with the service. It was just the sandwich.
