- PSPhil Silva2 days ago1.0I hesitate to give only one star because one server was very good - friendly, helpful and accommodating - but the other was so bad that it really dampened the whole experience. The 6 of us ordered coffee and the young female server was cold and downright surly in her treatment of us - like she’d rather be anywhere but there. She was scowling, eye rolling and sighing about everything. My coffee that she made was lukewarm so I took it back and the gentleman remade it with a smile and a great attitude. She walked over and asked him what was wrong and when he told her, she glared and walked away. She was short and rude to my daughters. This is NOT a good reflection on the standards of Nordstrom!
- MMMarielleAug 1, 20251.0So rude and not accommodating!! If I could I’d give them half a star!! I spend $18 for 2 drinks. I only buy Carmel lattes everywhere I go and they gave me a chocolate mocha. I went back to let them know and they didn’t care at all told me to leave. I will never return here again.
- JKJeremy KiehnMay 4, 20231.0Nordstrom needs to take notes from Starbucks. Today I stood in a long line to get a smoothie. Once I finally got to order… all out. Second choice…. Out too. At least Starbucks has “temporarily out” on their menu. Last week I ordered a grilled cheese which was advertised with tomato soup. Turns out grilled cheese is $10 and tomato soup is extra. Grilled cheese is only $6 at Starbucks..and taste better! I understand Nordstrom customers like paying a premium price, but for that premium price you also want premium service, food and customer service.
