  The food quality at this location is always pretty consistent, fairly fresh and good. Only 1 time over my last 3 visits did I ask for fresh fries. With that being said, the management is terrible. I myself have had several occasions where I literally stood directly in front of the front counter for 5 minutes plus with no acknowledgment from the workers. I had to check my pulse to make sure I was alive cause I was being treated like a ghost. I try to make all my reviews strictly objective and honest. But from my own experience with this particular McDonald's, management is well not objective. They pre-judge and in my opinion have probably lost good opportunities for better employees that maybe have better customer service skills and knowledge. I am not the first person to say this either... Maybe have a class on customer service and maybe give the ones you mis-judge a fair opportunity. As far as im concerned, this McDonald's is the worst in Spokane tied with the Argonne location. Spokane go to market street McDonald's for an all around better experience.

  These guys take a first place at being the worst location for a delivery driver to pick up an order. The staff completely ignore you will not even look at you. They will however stand right there, doing nothing gossiping or shooting a little comments to each other and laughing about the delivery drivers standing in line waiting for their orders. If the drive-thru is busy forget about it you will not get your order filled until the drive-thru slows down. I should not have to stand at the counter for 15 minutes without anybody ever asking me anything or saying anything to me. If they were smart enough to talk to the drivers and figure out which meals needed to be prepped first things might go a little smoother but no they'll prep deliveries for people that aren't even there yet and then their food just sits there getting cold. The management should be fired immediately.

  This McDonalds has really gone down hill in the past few months. There were two homeless people in the dining area with dogs(not license service animals). The floors are gross, the kiosk machines are filthy and look like that haven’t been clean recently.

  For the most part, a McDonald's is a McDonald's is an McDonald's, right? The food is the same, the music is mildly annoying, and you go there for a cheap bite. So why a 5 star review? Because of the people. I go to this McDonald's because the people are awesome! On my visit today, an older gal by the name of Bobbi(y?) was working her tail off. She was so kind, helpful, and attentive to every customer she encountered. She made sure the lobby was clean and the customers were satisfied; her service was welcoming and immaculate! I dream of a day in this country when we cherish our elders enough to let them retire worry free, but until that day, I will continue to frequent the establishments that employ them. I hope she is treated and paid well like the treasure she is and I'll be sure to bring a smile with me upon my return. :)
