Cold fries, Luke warm fish filet I understand I ordered after the lobby closed 30 minutes before closing but this is completely unacceptable as a former employee of McDonald's I'm disappointed. Also the pricing is ridiculous a double fish fillet, a large fry and large sprite should not be 30 dollars plus tax

Anytime I order the pies strawberries and cream at the store they're never on hand they have to put them down. They take twelve minutes or so, why can't you guys just have a couple on hand you sell them so much. They always have apple on hand i'm sorry's like the least favourite of mine and my children's. And I feel like when you pre order online through the app.They should be able to see the order before the person arrives.So that way, if they don't have it ready.They can at least prep it and get it ready.

I have been going here for 5 years or so at this point. Been good, until today. I ate about 60% of a spicy chicken sandwich, which had a terrible chewy texture. I drove back and the manager Preston patronized me when I asked if I can get another one due to the quality, stating I at over 85% so it’s too bad. If you have quality issues don’t attempt to ask for replacement.
