And every time I order it, the bagel is tough, there's hardly any sauce on it and the steak itself is ssooo bland. And the fact that it is ready and prepared before i can get my debit card back in my wallet, tells me its not fresh. Why bring something back if it's not going to be the same? Defeats the purpose to me. Nothing about it is anything like the original. SUCKS.

I believe his name was Casey im not sure what his position is but treating other empoyees like this i hope he's not in management.

They only gave us 30 nuggets and the fries were cold and hard. Totally unacceptable. Should have checked quality and our food before we left the drive thru, but we didnt until we got home. We will definitely check from now on, if we go back to this location.

Location was super overwhelmed ( not the fault of the staff- I overheard one say they were short staffed) I assume some one ( or more) didnt show up. Either way... looong wait time. Hopfully better next time. Side note: is "play place" a thing anymore?
