I hate it when a McDonalds thinks I'm a delivery driver because they will intentionally ignore me. This place does not have this problem. It's especially important since there's rarely any employees at the front anymore. They sort of need to come out to check on you to even get your food. It's a problem when the staff advert their eyes from you. Again, not a problem here ever. I have so many problems accomplishing the most basic things at some businesses these days, so I'm glad this McDonalds isn't depressing and awful.

I did call the main complaint number and made a formal complaint. Waste of time to write the formal number. They will just give you more numbers to call. So the owner reply is just to give them warm a fuzzies they don't want to change a thing.
