  Seems insane. How hard is it to get a order correct. Mcds is horrible. And when they mess order up not once, not twice, not three times or even 4. How hard is it. Burger, no pickles. On my 6th burger they still messed it up. Got money back and walked out. McDonald's is complete trash.

  Thr gm here is rude disrespectful she's disrespectful to older people there was this older guy yesterday trying to get his food and she was being very rude and disrespectful and I had my dog my service animal with me and dina the gm she didn't say anything today I he was on the ground and telling me I need to pick him up he was siting at my feet on a leash and she was very disrespectful I would not go to this McDonald's especially if u have ur service animal or dog with you all the other McDonald's don't care I have went to every McDonald's in Spokane with my dog and I've never had a problem the gm at the south hill McDonald's is very disrespectful I felt very harassed and every time I've went there they told me different things saying my dog needs to sit on the ground or in my arms it's ridiculous they jus change what they say that day she harasses you and I would save ur time and not go to this McDonald's horrible people horrible service and I wouldn't bother she definitely shouldn't be working at a McDonald's when her customer service is jus horrible

  Very disappointing experience I ordered a modified burger and received it incorrect let alone I ordered a McDouble it was wrapped as a McDouble but had one patty so they knew it was a McDouble and knowingly served one single patty usually every burger or chicken sandwich would get a sticker on it like the mcchicken I ordered had a sticker and the past times I’ve received a burger it always had a sticker except the time they didn’t follow the modifications and didn’t put a second patty on top of all that the fries were cold and the mcchicken patty was hard when I drove not even 5 minutes from the location to where I ate this isn’t the first time I’ve received my food incorrect. From another fast food manager this is just insane I can’t imagine serving someone something I knowingly messed up I’ve thrown out food countless times due to errors it sucks to do that but has to be done it’s your fault for messing it up not the customers please don’t ruin a customers night because you’re too lazy or scared of your drive thru times going up it’s just not worth it.

  Very unorganized, unresponsive team members, a lot of customers in the lobby waiting for food that the manager said they didn’t have and couldn’t make anymore. Then proceeded to continue to make the orders she said they “couldn’t” make anymore. I was waiting for my order and another lady gave me her coffee because the wait was so long.

  Date & Time: Tuesday, October 21, 2025 – 6:15 PM Location: Drive-Thru, Window 1 This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s in a long time. The woman at the first drive-thru window was unnecessarily rude and condescending. When we ordered a Quarter Pounder, she corrected us and insisted it’s called the “#2A meal,” which came off as unprofessional. On top of that, when we had trouble with the McDonald’s app, she was short and unhelpful instead of trying to assist. Definitely disappointing service for a brand that usually prides itself on consistency and friendliness.
