I was given the wrong change, and when I got to the window they had to confirm my order multiple times, which already caused confusion and delay. The most unacceptable part was that the manager coughed directly in my face without covering their mouth. It was extremely unsanitary and uncomfortable, not just for me but for several customers behind me as well. Basic hygiene and accuracy should be the minimum expectation. This experience was disappointing and concerning.

I've turned it on and off already." That may be the case but the prices have changed CONSIDERABLY!!! It's the morning, I get it but, maybe get some sleep before your shift and quit treating your customers like an angry step mom with a hangover.
