  I don't know how it's possible to mess up an order in such a way, I ordered a bacon quarter pounder and received a quarter pounder with no bacon, 1 pickle, and the mustard and ketchup in a tiny condensed spot in the middle, which means I paid extra for a bacon quarter pounder and got a subpar product, absolutely ridiculous.

  I used the mobile app to order my meal. I get asked to wait for my order and I was the only car in line (no problem). I get handed a bag and say thank you. When I get home I realize that the order was wrong. I called to get a refund since I got someone else’s order and the “manager” on duty told me that if I didn’t bring back the food they mistakenly gave me that they couldn’t get me a refund. Poor customer service and poor communication from someone that’s supposed to be in a manger roll.

  I ate a quarter pounder with cheese here with my father, and I have to say, it was delisous. I've eaten at McDonalds many a time in the past and it is goooooooooooooooooooooooood. Sometimes I go through the drive thru for a Big Mac and some 10-piece nuggets with sweet & sour sauce, or a good old-fashioned milkshake. the cashier smiles at me as I go up to the next window to grab my mcgriddle and mcmuffin from the employee there. I love the ice cream cones, and I don't even care if the ice cream machine is broken and I can't get one, because McDonald is about the good times and being there, just like how it was there for me and my dad when we were hungry and we got quarter pounders.   They have no problem charging you for the sauce, but actually putting it in the bag….thats too difficult. Also, why do the fries taste like they were fried in day old unfiltered oil and smell funky 🤨 I didn’t need the sauce after all
