It is this location because I have been at other today to get the same soda and it was fine. This location is cheating the customer on the cheapest item.
- TETaylor EdwardsDec 1, 20251.0There has been multiple times now that I have ordered here and ordered one of their special deals they offer and the cashier will manually enter in the full price for the the meal and purposely over charge me for the food I've ordered and then proceeds to lie and tell me that they're " not offering that deal anymore because it just ended, or it's a new month." Like as if they only offer their deals 1 months at a time. Which I know to be incorrect in most the deals they offer and in reference to thisnm one specifically. Also considering the first item I asked for was the $5 meal deal and she rang it in and I asked for a large drink and i agreed to the added charge for that then ordered a second one and then she tells me that it's full $9 price even with a small coffee for the drink cuz "the meal deal just ended" so how can you offer me the meal deal with my first menu item purchase then if the deal is no longer active? Aside from the fact that they have a giant sign hanging on the side of their building that has a picture of this featured promotion and are very obviously continuing to keep this active this month or currently. So I was charged 23$ for what should have been $10 plus and additional charge of about $3 for the special drink upcharge. This is also not the first time the employees have pulled a move like this and taken advantage of me and left me with less than anything good at all to say about how their treating customers and giving people good deals that make dining there more desirable than going somewhere else. Extremely disappointed. I wonder who they think they're fooling and why they're stealing money from their customers. SMH🤬
