I treat myself to McDonald's breakfast once a month. For.the last 3 months this place has got my oder wrong, forgot something, or gave me microwaved rubber calling it "cooked to order!" I guess they're in a rush to get back outside on their smoke breaks. Never again!

Cindy is amazing!!!! I will only go to shade wal.art because Cindy actually cleans and cleans very well!!! I have kids and she is always cleaning properly. I was up at the y and a kid peed on the slide, they laid paper towels and left it. Cindy is amazing and always cleaning very well and it's so very nice!

Ordered dinner tonight and got handed cold sandwiches with no fries. I had to drive all the way back, and instead of replacing the meal, they just handed me the missing fries — while the rest of our food sat getting colder. So we ended up eating cold burgers after spending $30.
What’s wild is that a multi-billion dollar company can’t replace four value menu sandwiches because the order total was “too high.” The cost to make it right would be less than a penny to them, but apparently that penny means more than their customers do.
It’s honestly embarrassing — a company as massive as McDonald’s should be ashamed. When profits matter more than people, it says everything about who they’ve become. I won’t support a company that greedy, and neither should anyone else.

They constantly will give half the food and have you pull into the stall cause they are waiting on something. A burger, nuggets, whatever. So now my over priced junk food is cold, and the shakes melt. Obviously it's mcdonalds, so not the greatest quality or service but this mcdonalds is the only one I know that will always pull you forward seemingly no matter what. Who gives a happy meal and shake and makes someone wait 10min? Now I have a pissed off kiddo with warm apples, cold burger, and sloppy garbage i think was a strawberry shake. My bad for ordering a 10piece nugget at 5 o clock.
Edit: Got home and all the frys where cold and soggy. I think im just done with mcdonalds.
