    McDonald’s Team on Argonne in Spokane Valley Just want to give a shout out to McDonald’s in the valley on Argonne. We had planned a birthday party for our five-year-old roughly a month ago for today’s date. The location did not get the memo and we’re not expecting us this morning. But they still made it happen! The general manager Autumn , came out to our party right away, and wholeheartedly apologized and explained what had happened with the miss communication. She helped comp our party and her and her amazing staff team made sure that we were served promptly and with excellent customer service!! Thank you SO much for giving our five-year-old an amazing party in a safe, clean environment and for the excellent management and customer service !

    Wanted a fish filet and came out with literally 1/2 cheese square. They said that’s how it’s made for Fish Fillet but I’ve had better properly made sandwiches with equal fish to cheese to tartar sauce ratio. They would not take it back or remake it.

    I've been to this location a few times over the course of the last couple months..always for breakfast, before work as I work in the general area. The older woman with the long messy hair who works drive through is always in a bad mood, she's almost never happy. I always order the 5$ meal with the iced coffee for upcharge. She never gets my order right and is mad when I ask her to fix it. Then it becomes an issue when I do. And even after being "fixed" it's still wrong. My fault for going there to begin with. With start going to Jack in the box across the street where at least their staff is nice, the prices are correct and they never make me feel like I'm an inconvenience

    I have never experienced such shockingly unprofessional, dismissive, and downright rude behavior in a drive-through as I did today. I asked a very simple, basic, and completely reasonable question about the mobile app—specifically whether two promo codes could be used at the same time. This is not rocket science, nor is it an unreasonable thing to ask as a paying customer. Instead of receiving a polite or helpful response, I was met with an obvious attitude, an irritated tone, and the clear impression that my presence was somehow an inconvenience. There was absolutely no reason to be short, condescending, or rude over a question that is literally part of the service being offered. Customer service should involve service, not eye-rolling through the speaker and treating customers like they are a burden for daring to ask a question. If this is the standard being upheld, then there is a serious problem that needs to be addressed immediately. Customers deserve respect, patience, and basic courtesy—especially over something so minor. I expect better, and frankly, this interaction was completely unacceptable.

    The staff here are rude, they don’t follow food safety guidelines and they absolutely do not give a shit about anyone. Yesterday I waited ten minutes in the lobby for them to hand me a customers order that was SITTING ON THE TABLE THE WHOLE TIME after they refused to hand it to me after waiting in the drive thru line (most McDonalds lobby close at 10pm and I don’t pickup here often) so they could gossip with each other instead of actually doing their job. I contacted the customer and the partner company to let them know of the willful neglect of safe food practices and customer health. If you do not care about feeding people unsafe food, get a different job. Their actions are deplorable.
