Why do I get the wrong burger, or no sauce when I order nuggets, but something is always wrong. Fries are cold again and you up charge for drinks to the point that buying even things on the dollar menu are not worth it.

There were 4 employees in your service area: a window person, your runner, probably the manager and your front counter person. There is understandably no reason besides poor training and bad work ethic as to why when you have 3 orders on your screen and 1 car pulled, that you cant take 5 seconds and acknowledge my presence... "Be right with you!" It just comes across as unprofessional and dismissive. Your goal is to earn profits for your company, why are you glaring at me?... I walked out without ordering anything because I've worked this job, I've been short staffed, I've worked lunch rush, I've even closed manager on Halloween night... Have a sense of pride in your work because you guys look like fools.
