I've never been so disrespected for just asking for more sauce. no other mcdonalds would charge them separately as it isnt a big deal but the managers here will give you attitude if you dont immediately pull out your wallet for one sauce pack. the food is prepared fine. i just wish the managers could be replaced.

I ordered a frozen coke a cola and I was told that it would be about 5 minutes for it to be ready and refrozen. I waited almost 20 minutes and I had to go back to the register and wait for another 5 before anyone asked me if I wanted something. It was then that aperirentnly the Manager was coming back from the dining room area and then they decided to check the machine and it was still in defrost mode. Now I know that I have not worked for McDonald's for a long time but I will be damned if I ever had anyone waiting that long for 1 drink. I asked for a refund and they actually offered me the defrosted coke a cola to take with for free. Talk about insult to injury. I have always had a problem with the service here and I would never suggest anyone to go there from the bus. Just really disappointed and insulted by the lack of professional work and definitely insulted by the lack of professional attitude from this store.
