It’s really disappointing when you ask if the orders ready, and they get agitated because you asked the employees a question. Remember your customers are the main part of what makes your store in business listen to them look at your reviews not just put an automated response back.

Older chewy nuggets, wilty lettuce from sitting in the hot hold (both of these a couple times in the past), poorly assembled sandwiches/bagging. Great service though, always friendly and when I've had time to wait for a replacement they're always happy to remake it. Oh and you have to try the McStraw, it's excellent.

I had no choice but to walk out hungry as no other employees offered to help her. Man it was a long hungry ride to Moses lake.
