  The fact that the store is open but for delivery it says the store is closed is just dumb.

  So, I've visited this Jimmy John's Location on multiple occasions, and they have now given me the completely wrong order 3 times. At first, I was thinking; "okay, it may be someone's first day, so whatever, I'm not a Karen, I can let it go." The second time they messed up my order, I thought it might've just been a coincidence. But now, this THIRD time I payed ~$13 for a customized #4 Turkey Tom and get a freaking #6 The Veggie; a vegetable sandwich. I've never even left a food review until now, because seriously, how can you screw up someone's order THREE TIMES!? Is it crazy to expect that I'd get what I ordered when I am a paying customer? I've always had to eat these wrong-order sandwiches, because I'm not going to waste food; and it wasn't worth coming back once I'm already home to complain about a sandwich of all things: because who messes up a sandwich? Anyways, getting a basic "The Veggie" when I clearly, on the speaker in the drive-thru, ordered a "Turkey Tom" with jalapeños, unions, and mustard added on. I'm someone who usually doesn't care, but that's just pathetic as a business to mess up that bad 3 times with a single customer. I mean; it's literally just sandwiches; cannot be that hard to put the right sandwich together and in a bag for ~$13 for a HALF-sandwich.
