  I frequently come to this Jamba, but today was the first time I've seen ONE employee running the show. She was kind, patience, and friendly. I watched her make 5-6 smoothies alone and she gave each customer the same grace as the last. Thank you for making the world a little brighter with your kindness ✨️

  Recently moved to Airway Heights, WA and drove 30 minutes to get my favorite smoothie near by and sadly I wasn’t satisfied it tasted weird and now I have to find another place to get my White Gummies near airway heights

  We stopped at Jamba Juice to get a few smoothies for our teenage kids and they all absolutely loved the drinks that they got! 😋

  So I’m giving this place 3 stars only because one employee has makes me believe that this place can be better than a 1 star. The long hair blondish guy who seems to have better things to do with his life is why I feel I should leave one star. I walked up to get a smoothie and he went into the back and shut the door to then only sit on his phone. Idk if he realizes this but there’s a window right there.... HOWEVER! I will say this. I gave this place 3 stars because a “tayulor” I think is how you spell it? Absolutely apologize to me even though it wasn’t her fault got my order done and did it all with a smile on her face and what is the most absolutely sweetest person despite her coworker. She deserves a raise in my opinion because if it wasn’t for her I probably wouldn’t care to come back.

  I’ve been to this Jamba Juice on three separate occasions. I normally love getting Jamba Juice, having moved from California I was exited to hear one was opening here. Each experience got worse. The high schooler working the register seems like you are ruining her day by placing an order and doesn’t understand anything about customer service. Maybe there’s a lack of training or accountability? Not sure but this is bad and not the experience I know from other locations. I ordered two medium drinks for myself and my wife. My drink was given to me as a small. Glad I paid extra for a smaller drink. I’ll go to a Jamba Juice when visiting California, but I won’t be back to this one any time soon. Based on the other reviews, I’m not the only one whose had this experience. Disappointing.
