    Ordered late about 9:30pm so I figured it would arrive a little later. Took about 40min. My deliverer was Dennison and he was really nice and made conversation. Food was good.

    This place had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced on multiple occasions. I’ve had my order incorrect several times which I chalked up to their employees typically being teenagers. It’s just pizza, not that serious. The last time the employee was very rude when I asked for a time estimate as their tracker noted my order was ready for pick up. I also chalked this up to teenagers learning appropriate customer service. Tonight I had a very similar experience where the tracker stated my order was ready so I asked for a time estimate. The employee this time was an adult and was adversarial right off the bat. I can’t rationalize thus being due to a learning curve. It was completely unprovoked and unnecessary. I will never be back here or any other dominos. There is no excuse to allow a store to operate in this manner under such a large organization. They have tools and resources to do better.
