I called him just to see if he can replace it because there’s no pepperonis on it instead of him saying sure that’s not a problem go ahead and bring it down and I’ll add some or I’ll exchange it for you or a refund. He just had an attitude started ruining his mouth talking crap. This kid needs to learn how to handle his mouth would never recommend this location after I told him that he’s being rude politely and he shouldn’t be talking to people like that. He said I also spit on your pizza. Vary unprofessional and will never go back there again. The pizza was all messed up. The wings were good but everything else was crap. Highly recommend going in there.

I ordered a large Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza with extra cheese and extra pineapple. When I picked up my order, it was immediately clear that there was no extra cheese—you could see large areas of bare crust—and certainly no extra pineapple. I brought the pizza back personally, expecting a simple fix. Instead, the woman at the front counter argued with me, insisting the pizza already had extra cheese, even though it clearly did not. She also claimed my order didn’t include extra pineapple, pointing at her screen. When I pulled out my receipt, which clearly listed extra cheese and extra pineapple, she still continued to argue instead of acknowledging the mistake. She finally took it to the manager, who returned and told me the “best he could do” was to put the pizza in the warmer and throw some extra pineapple on top. No apology, no remake, no accountability. Just a dismissive “that’s the best I can do.” This is unacceptable customer service. When a customer pays for extra toppings, they should receive them—without having to argue or prove it. And when a mistake is made, the staff should fix it with professionalism, not defensiveness. I’ve been a loyal Domino’s customer, but this experience has me seriously reconsidering whether I’ll return to this location. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the quality control and the customer service issues.
