Response to response: Glad you make it kid friendly. Still a bummer when there is zero control, kids running and screaming and all the staff standing around like it’s not their issue. Tried to go with my husband for a date night away from the kiddo but we left due to the uncontrollable amount of kids there. Was super sad because the one in southern Idaho is kid free usually . We even went on a weekday at night. I really hope after the newness this stops. ☹️

We had a larger party, around 15 adults and kids for an end of the indoor soccer season get together. The food was ok, nothing that you couldn't get anywhere else. The server was great, but they "lost" the ticket in the kitchen for our two kids food. The kitchen was slammed so our kids had to wait another 30-40 minutes before their food was brought to the table. They did receive a $10 play card to compensate but that was an extra 40 minutes we didn't plan on spending there. The atmosphere was as expected, loud music, loud video games, and kids running around - just like the advertisements. There was a decent sized bar and a bunch of big screens, but I couldn't see myself as a regular customer or having it in the top 10 places to go on a Friday night.

The games are great, but do not ever plan to eat there unless every other restaurant in the valley is closed. There were 5 of us, and everything from the service, wait times with a half empty dining room, and food quality was painfully terrible. Their servers and hosts are clearly very new and not up to par on simple service etiquette and expectation. We had such a good time until then - don’t ruin your experience by staying for the food.

So my husbands and I came for a Valentine’s Day date (the day before). We had a little bit of a wait which was fine. But once we got to the table, we were waited on by a manager and a random waitress, because our server was busy with tables. We never saw our waiter. Still not sure who he was. Maybe he was the guy walking around with a bunch of drinks asking what table they belonged to. We were left alone for 25-30 minutes. They brought me the right thing but put it in front of my husband and didn’t have his food. So they left to get his food and I told them we didn’t have our appetizer. He got his food and we got our appetizer. The fries were not crispy, the seasoning was scant, and it was just disappointing. My pizza was lukewarm. The strawberry lemonade and my husband’s milk shake were good. We got 15% off and a $40 game pass which we did alleviate. But the games were also disappointing. Several were out, and then many were like two seconds and then done. The VR game was really cool. Overall, it’ll be awhile before I try to eat here again. We left early so we didn’t use all our tokens so I’ll come back to spend them. My experience with Dave and Buster’s in Jacksonville and Orlando were superior and I was expecting the same. I was really looking forward to this so I’m a bit let down. I’m still flabbergasted we never met our server.

This was our first time here. If you cannot tune out loud noise then this is not the place for you. We got to watch a hockey game and flag football on the big screens. Food came out quickly, hot and fresh. The have a promotion when you buy food you get discounted play passes. So we all went that route. We play multiple games. I enjoyed the arcade style game with the zombie, carnival and wild west themes. It was definitely an upgrade as drinks and food are not allowed in the game area which keeps the controls on the games very clean and not sticky. I really hope they can expand the Minecraft dungeon games. There is 3 of us that like to play. The draw is that alot of the games can be 2 or more which allows us to beat the monsters together as a group. Restooms were very clean as well. The prize are is also a little room that you select your prizes so the wait time is minimal unlike other establishments. We were able to enjoy a little treat at the end of our playing just to wind down. Not very places offer the donut holes with dipping sauce makes it a nice plate to share with the family. I would reccomend this for all ages. Spokane has needed this for a long time. I also think that if they would put a Dave and Busters in the Mead area of Spokane it would be a big hit over there too. Be warned this place is packed on the weekends and you will need to make a reservation for a table if you plan on eating here. Jordyn, Patty and another young lady were also very helpful. Thanks everone for the wonderful time. Its nice to see an entertainment establishment that is this clean too. Also, its nice to have a kid friendly establishment opent till midnight during the weekdays and till 1am on the weekends. I also saw that they had security there on the weekends too. We need more entertainment establishments like this in Spokane.
