2 stars is gracious. First off, this place is like 62,000 degrees. If casinos can keep the gaming floor cool, so can Dave and Busters. Not just hot but like humid . Gross heat that I haven’t felt rice prom in 2005. We spent like… a lot of money just on games for six people (3 kids 8, 13, 17 and 3 adults all over 30) which is fine, but when I say a lot of money I mean at least $400 if not more I’m just games while waiting for a table. The issue with that is so many games didn’t work… this location very recently opened I feel like the games should be in decent condition still. But whatever we knew what we were getting into when we were told it was a 2 hours wait, just wish there was an employee on the floor to at least tell. Other issue we had is we were buying like $20 cocktails while waiting for the table. But we didn’t know that because they don’t list the price. When we asked we were told they weren’t sure. But still never told.. it was just kinda left opened ended. Like “umm not sure, anything else we can get?” Or “just add this to the tab?” My sister was told “ummmm under $20 I think…” while the girl tookbthe $20 bill lol. She did get some change back 🤣 At that point we’re pushing two hours and just barely hanging on. We’re hot (their fault) we’re hungry (not really their fault) and we’re wondering how much more price wise it will be when we actually get food. Finally our tables ready, staff is great (bar staff was great prior to this as well and the employees are the only reason for the 2 stars). We order food, it comes quickly, thank god. Great waitress. The manager walked through a few times half ass asking if we needed anything, we said no. Another lady who didn’t address herself as manager, came by and asks how everything’s going. We explain we have a tab at the bar and need it combined with our meal (we tipped cash for the bar staff) she brings us an almost $200 bar tab to show us what’s going to be added to the dinner tab. Cool. Now it’s 600.00 WITHOUT dinner. That is insane. But okay. We WERE having drinks but again did not realize the cost. Food comes, it’s fine. That’s it. Fine. Not bad. Not great. Just fine. $800 for 6 people. At least turn the AC on Dave. Or buster… or anyone… mark? I don’t care it’s just wayyyy to hot. I shouldn’t have to sweat like that, pay $800 and fight for my life with the crowds. Make sure the games work; make it colder, and put the damn prices on the drinks dude. Give us a chance to be like “ew I cannot have 2 cocktails because that is to expensive.” $20 is outrageous for a cocktail. I assumed $12-$15 Your staff was great though. Issues are on a corporate level for sure. I probably won’t be back because I never want to feel the guilt I feel from spending that much. I could spend that at 1000 other place c leave with something, and they at least run an AC. I’m really annoyed about the temperature in there clearly. Also it’s loud but that is to be expected. But if you do not like loud environments it’s immediately no for you. Also did I Mention how hot it is? Anyway it was fun, super expensive, hot as hell, food… well… edible. Staff, fighting for their life but great people lol

well i took my daughter here on Wednesday around7 (when we sat down to eat) cause she did amazing at a dental appointment and was super excited to play some video games and try to eat. 1st it was not super busy good amount of empty tables .so ud think waiter would be there pretty fast. 10 min go by and still nadda . i think it was the manager work she had asked how it was goin we replied still waiting to order.... she said ok brb. finaly waiter comes by asks for drinks and he goes off to get(we were ready to order btw) another 8 min go by finaly get drinks 3 waters 1 sprite and one of the happy hour drink. puts them down and then asked u ready to order. i had to tell him 3 times u have to speak up durring order taking as its super noisy. even my children are louder then this young adult and they are barely talking. so afterwards get our food about 25 min later.... yeah.... so finaly eating around8 went to oay the bill and load our power cards so we can go play. youd think for spending almost 300 for our family of 4 that service would be top notch. i dunno. mixed reviews cause the food is yummy and games are fun but service in food area has slacked . sorry but i base tips on how service is not how much we spend.

I have never been to a Dave and Busters before but do love Arcades. I decided to try going there on my birthday to discover something new. The loudness was expected, but the food was average and not worth the price. The desserts tasted like they had been uncovered in the fridge. The chocolate cake simply tasted like how a fridge smells, with unable to determine what the weird aftertaste was. My mom got the Banana Foster and all four of us tasted it and agreed… it tasted like Fridge and Onions. The staff was very kind with taking the desserts back and removing them from the order. She related saying that she agreed that the desserts tasted that way to her when she had tried them. Aside from that, the food bit was okay. As far as the games go, they were a bit spendy and the prizes are not worth the cost. Another local arcade has prizes at reasonable ticket points. With Dave and Busters, I’d advise just playing the multiplayer games instead of trying to earn tickets. Go there with friends to race, play connect four basketball, and so many other things. Go elsewhere if you want an arcade that will get your kids good prizes for decent ticket prices.

Tips for Drink specials, veterans and game players, and more: Stay tuned. Great atmosphere and great food. Food comes in abundant size portions and pretty great game playing area, get reservations in advance a MUST. Veterans/Military service. There is a 15% discount (if you ask for it). There is notification of this on the game playing side, but that is after you pay the bill, and servers do not offer this information. Table time: When you are done eating they want the table cleared with the exception I think of the birthday area. Seating is limited so leave your junk in the trunk. Game Players: Each game is 5 tokens and up, 100 tokens can last you a long time. More than that you may have to come back for a second visit. Game Area: Lots of kids, and not a lot of parent monitoring so this can impact your game playing time, and patience levels. Note the unlimited play is for 90 minute time frame. Drink Specials: pay attention to the hours and read the fine print. Noise: Bring ear plugs to reduce the amount of noise, tylenol, and plan your phone calls in advance. Smoking: right outside the door and not a lot of people walk the 25 feet to respect non smokers, including people that step out to use the phone. With all that said: We did have a great time, server was great in the beginning but service died off the busier it got, including a 45 minute wait for a drink and thinking she would come back in time for us to take advantage of the happy hour specials. Knowing these things for us will make the next trip 5 stars, so we avoid these pitfalls.

Came in on a sunday when it wasnt too busy. It was barely opening. Waited 35 minutes for a table because there wasnt enough staff. We all ordered food. I had asked for mine to come out as a meal (ordered an appetizer) and I ordered extra fries. My son ordered chicken strips. They brought my food, but no fries, out and then told us my sons had milk (we mentioned he had an allergy) so we reordered a burger. No big deal. The rest of the table get their food, 3 of them were done incorrectly, but rarely saw the waitress so just dealt with it. At this point im still waiting for my fries snd my son still hasn't got his food. Waitress finally comes and I saw im waiting for my fries and his food. Comes out with his food....and they put cheese in it so they have to remake it again. At this point everyone has finished their food. We finally get his but everyone is going to play games so of course he doesn't want to eat. We decide to just pay. It takes 25 minutes to pay. And even though I never got my fries I was still charged. We finally left our table after 2 hours and 45 minutes. I will never order food again. Cannot get orders and the service was absolutely terrible. The games are super fun and we enjoyed that but after being there so long we were ready to go so we didnt play long.
