  They didn't have our table assigned to a server so we were never greeted or offered drinks. The manager came over and took our order. We got one round of drinks and after an hour of waiting at our table we still did not have any of our appetizers. The table next to us was sat well after us and their order was taken after us but they had already received their food. We asked how much longer and was told at least 15 minutes. At this point it was an hour after we were sat, I had a text from when our table was ready to know exactly how long it had been. The manager gave us a $10 play card & comped a dessert that we never received. We decided to leave without our food. The manager acted like she was sorry, but didn’t actually do anything to improve our experience. This was our third time eating at the Spokane location. The service has gotten worse each time.

  This place is fun but do not eat the food it is absolute garbage. We spent 160$ and we could barely eat any of it. We ordered nachos that were literally deep fried tortillas that looks like they actually smashed so most of it was greasy crumbs with toppings n a pile of lettuce mozzarella sticks that were completely cold, pigs in a blanket that had so much salt on them you had to try wipe them off before eating, wings and salad were decent. We didn’t get any plates and when we got some some of them were dirty. I know it was busy in there but there was a lot of workers too. I couldn’t believe they served those nachos they were really bad. Arcade is really fun but some the games don’t work and you don’t find out till you swipe your card.

  Got two eat and play passes. We were overcharged for our eat and play meals. We orders two wing meals both came out cold. Sent wings back and was CHARGED AGAIN for the remake on the wings. Ordered pretzel sticks and artichoke dip and was charged twice for those. Waitress seemed to be in a hurry, and was inattentive. When asked to see the itemized bill she was very insistent it was right and we had to pay first. Supervisor and manager both tried to “explain away” the additional charges. No real sorry for the inconvenience. Did not offer to comp any of the bill or any play credits for the inconvenience. After much discussion with the manager he refunded a small part of the bill with no other apology. Beware of your bill and ask to see what you were charged before you swipe your card!!

  Absolutely the worst experience in recent memory. First of all, we arrived at 5 PM. 30 mins on the wait list for my significant other and two kids. Thinking okay, it’s decently busy, 30 mins not too bad. Was closer to an hour, which made no sense considering there were MANY open tables within the facility. Service was extremely slow. Which seemed to not be the servers fault. More likely a poor staffing plan by ownership and management. Paid $245 and change for 4 90 min Eat and Play packages. We got our food by 6:45 or so, the server came out to collect payment, asked for our kiosk receipt, took another 10 mins to come back, THEN left again because she had to switch tablets, took another 10 mins the final bill was another $66 dollars on TOP of the $245? $311 before tip, $77 per person. We finally got out of there 4 hours and 15 mins later. 9:15 PM Mashed potatoes were BRICK ice cold, steak was unevenly cooked. 0 stars if it was possible to leave. And based on the reviews that I’ve read? Whoever “Dave and Busters Spokane (Owner)” is, don’t even bother with replying. I will not take the survey and will not search for a deal. If I were you I would take some time to recruit SERIOUS pedigree to your management teams both BOH and FOH at the very least. Because you need serious help in that place.

  Had reservations made, but apparently even making those they still didn’t have a table for us. We waited and got a table and had the worst service we’ve probably ever had anywhere. Given menus and waited and waited for someone to take our order. So we ordered drinks and food finally, drinks other than water never arrived. After nearly 45 minutes, and all other tables around us got their food and drinks, I questioned the server where our food and beverages were and she said “oh let me check…” hmm okay?! Comes back and says it “got lost in the system…” no I think you meant you forgot to submit it?! Sooo yeah that was lovely. Continued to wait for our food and beverages. Food was okay, but they didn’t make the burger right. Terrible service! Also, I’m not really sure about the half off Sunday games, they all seemed about what they were when I was there a month ago. Then again maybe it was more like half or more of the games aren’t working, cause that was the case. Pretty much a majority of them displayed this message and were not functioning. Disappointing trip all around.
