After 5-10 minutes, I checked in with the guy at the register. He said nothing, looked confused, and disappeared in the back for minute. When he returned, he ignored me. I then checked the app and it said that the order was prepared and ready to go. I showed him this and he located the order receipt on the counter. The line to order was steady and people were moving through but the mobile orders were being completely ignored. I ended up having to get in line for them to make my order, which ended up taking another 10 minutes. I ended up leaving after closing. Not one apology or word from anyone there. It was honestly the worst customer service and experience I've had in a long time. I learned my lesson and will just go to Qdoba from now on.
