They act like it’s an inconvenience for them to do their job. They are always out of ingredients. I went in just a bit ago and the had no steak, no fajita veggies, and no chimichurri. When I asked if they had any more of these ingredients the guy huffed and puffed like I was complaining. Never going back to this location, very disappointed👎👎👎👎👎

Should have left. After 40 minutes the carne was ready. It was tough and tasteless. This was my second visit and my last. First visit I said I would never go back. Decided they needed one more try. Now I'm convinced. Never again!

They are scrapping the last bit of rice and other items. .most times it's cold at the bottom and hard and old. No one ever has a smile on there face or even a hi. You go up to order and they continue to say yup after everything you say. Absolutely no customer service. Then there ice machine is always having issues with ice all over the floor and rug I almost slipped. They are out of most the sodas in the machine and then when you tell them they simply say what can I do about it? I don't know what to tell you. I mean maybe shut the machine off and figure something out, give bottle of soda idk something. This happened a month ago and it's still happening where the ice doesn't come out or it comes out after 5 minutes of trying and you've given up. There's ice on top of the tray falling on the floor. Not to mention again it's always dirty. They gave me maybe a half a scoop of this and that because they didn't have much. TERRIBLE PLACE! HEALTH INSPECTOR NEEDS TO CHECK THIS OUT 😞
