  Everyone we go to this Buffalo Wild Wings we wait longer than we want but this time was absolutely ridiculous. We waited 45 minutes for our food. About 20 minutes into waiting we inquired about our food thinking it had been missed or something. The server just told us food is taking about 40 minutes tonight, like it was normal. She never checked on us, never refilled our drinks, never apologized for the wait until the very end when we had to finally ask for the check. The restaurant did absolutely nothing to make it right, don’t warn us of the wait and didn’t seem to be too concerned with it. Several of the servers did look a bit stressed and it was overall a terrible experience. The food came out wrong, we didn’t bother saying anything because we were too hungry. My husband works in the Valley and eats at the Buffalo Wild Wings out there all the time and has never had this kind of experience, it seems to be just this restaurant.

  Danashia, the bar tender was extremely overwhelmed and didn’t know how to handle the stress. Taking it out on customers and also, as I saw, taking red bulls out of the bar fridge to drink as she went. I ordered my food at 1940- done and pick up time was 2030. I waited for over an hour and finally got my food at 2115. The bartender in question had an attitude toward the going on of the restaurant in general. Acting over while Ed when it wasn’t full what so ever. I’ve been coming here for over 15 here’s now and have never experienced this kind of “ I don’t give a shit attitude”. This was all (to go order), btw.

  Stopped in tonight at 7pm, maybe half full, nobody at the doorway to seat you, we walked to the bar, open tables everywhere. Sat for 15 min never once seen a waiter or any workers. I asked the table next to us if anybody is working, he said "I dont know, we have been waiting for 1 hour for our food and empty glasses" We walked out, stay away

  I'm sure the food is just as average as at any other BWW but we didn't even sit down to eat because the hostess on Tuesday, March 3 at 1:50pm was so unwelcoming. She looked absolutely miserable and spoke as if it were an inconvenience that we were there. I asked for a high chair and she just completely ignored me. She didn't make any eye contact or smile. We decided to just turn around and eat somewhere else instead.

  Spent almost $100 for a mushroom Swiss that was dry and lacked MUSHROOMS.... ordered a kids mac with fries and chocolate milk... recieved a regular milk, that's it, just the milk. Ordered loaded tots, they were burnt. Ordered a hatch chili burger with a side of chips and salsa, no salsa. Got a random container of extra chips. The cheesesteak sandwhich was decent. The cheese curds were good, but was missing a southwest ranch dipping sauce. Called BWW and was unable to speak to a manager because they were too busy and then was told there was nothing they could do because we ordered through Door Dash, not even an apology. Similar to our previous experience, but that was several years ago. I thought maybe things would be different, wishful thinking on my part.
