We came to eat with our young kids before going to see a movie. We were sat around 6:15pm and did not see our waitress until 6:40pm. She never introduced herself and did not have a name tag on, and while she was apologetic about the long wait "because she was just coming off a rush" and took our order, that was the last we saw of her. The table directly in front of us was sat 30 minutes after we were and the gentleman got his drink from the bar before we got our sodas and appetizer. After an hour of waiting for our drinks and food that never arrived, we finally had to leave as the kids were getting hungry and restless. The waitress never did come by our table after the first time to give a heads up on the wait, apologize or to check in with us. To date the worst dining out experience we've had.

My daughter and I had a delicious lunch at this location. We did the 2 for $25 meal deal. My bacon cheeseburger was yummy and the tater tots were seasoned perfectly and crispy. The wings we ordered were popping with flavor. We did the habanero and honey sauces. Her side was the potato wedges with the salt and vinegar rub. Very tasty! The hostess and waitress were kind and attentive, and the restaurant was clean and quiet. Am enjoyable experience all around.

We heard they were closing down soon in the near future along with Bonefish Grille recently and Outback Steakhouse in the area. So I don’t know if that news affected our visit but it felt like it. I took my family from out of town for Sunday lunch and we waited over 45 minutes for our food. The room didn’t look busy or short staffed so seemed like a kitchen problem. When we got the food fries were cold and my kid’s grilled cheese wasn’t melted down all the way. You could still count and visibly see the 3 slices of cheese they use from the side. Not good- do better. Our waitress did not apologize for the wait either.

If I could give the service a 0 rating, I would. I watched every single table around me have to ask for napkins. We didn’t get greeted until my wife asked for a manager, after being seated for 20 minutes. The table seated behind us never got greeted and ended up leaving. Such a horrible experience. I will never plan to go back.

I will start by saying I used to love going to BWW with my family growing up. Next I will ask, what the heck happened? To start things off we were not welcomed and it took at least five minutes for someone to come up and take us to some seating. But it seemed like an inconvenience to her.(She was outside leaning on the fence of their little patio talking to presumably a friend for those at least five minutes.) After we were seated our server checked in. But never brought napkins, silverware etc, we had to ask for everything individually. My girlfriend asked for a fork and spoon very clearly, and she was brought just a spoon and had to ask again for a fork. Mistakes happen but shouldn't the waitress have realized the error of us not having silverware/napkins as soon as any silverware was asked for? We ordered appetizers and our dinner. Which was all brought at the same time? The whole point of having an appetizer is to have something to eat before dinner. We were starving and didn't wanna wait the whole time, well we waited anyway. Ok so let's talk about the actual food, I wish I took pictures because God it was sad. Shrimpy nuggets serve as boneless wings, mine were barely touched with sauce/powder (for the dry rub). Dry as the desert with no real flavor. My girlfriends were SOAKED, like way too much sauce I didn't know it was possible but it is. Somehow the chicken on the inside was still too dry anyway. My friend's mom's chicken sandwich looked worse than anything that has ever been served in a school cafeteria. Bread, dry patty, bread. I mean it looked pathetic. Which pathetic seems to absolutely be about what this location is going for. What a waste, I felt so guilty for even suggesting it. And none of us out of the four (two of which were celebrating birthdays by the way and were of course not offered anything for that) enjoyed or were satisfied. DO NOT RECOMMEND
