This older lady ignored and looked past me the ENTIRE time (both days). I waited a solid 5 minutes the second day while an associate was helping other customers. There was not a greeting, a smile, NOT A THING. Even when she walked right past me almost brushing my shoulder, there was no acknowledgement whatsoever. And no, she wasn't busy, she proceeded to slowly walk from the counter to the back. All I had to do was pick up an order I placed the day before. I won't be returning here due to that person's attitude alone. This is a customer service based establishment and there was a huge lack of interest on her part.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
