  Use to come here every day and will no longer be back so the company just lost $3624.45 this year, and thousands more as time goes on due to the dismissive service by a young average built white woman round face, darkish hair, acne and ponytail on shift at 12:15PM -12:20PM Saturday April 11th, 2026. There was a long line (no problem!) so I was waiting at the end; when a young white male with dark hair, in a red BMW with the Idaho license DVL 340, pulls in the other way long after me and cut the line that I had been in already for 10 minutes when he pulled up. We were right next to each other cause I’m trying to avoid allowing him to cut off, as it’s my daughters birthday and I’m on a schedule and left 30 minutes early as is, and was cutting it close. So I prepared to be on time leaving 30 MINUTES earlier than I would for coffee. The worker took their order first (instead of asking who was first, just went to the one closer to the door) the sorry excuse of a man did not acknowledge he cut me off, I informed the workers right after hey, he cut me off (so they could have corrected it then as they could of told him to stop and let me pull forward) but I asked them to tell the guy to not do that in the future. Not even upset at the workers when I mention it. They “we took his order first,” like no 💩 I saw it and informed you of your mistake and what you allowed, and simply asked you inform people not to be crappy and cut off a little kid on their birthday. The female worker then says “it’s just one car” keep in mind; it was 7 minutes for just his car, on top of the 15-20 minutes I had already been sitting there before him. So yes immature snarky girl, it’s 1 car and 30 minutes and WRONG. I then said “and?” She then responds and said we took his order first and we told him to go forward, sorry all snarky like actually laughing at she said it. Like does nobody have morals or integrity? Genuinely, it’s the principal because if one person does it, why shouldn’t I do it next time? Since it’s okay to you apparently? I legit just asked you to inform people not to cut, not even mad that YALL made a mistake and instead of correcting it, encouraged it. But asking for accountability of peoples bad behavior, and to not repeat it since I usually come EVERY day, yes I did. Her attitude was condescending and uncalled for and instead of being genuinely apologetic, she was just dismissive and snarky. So if I ever come back? I will go into the extra drive way and cut the line since they encourage it. ☺️👍
