- CPCalina ProutyApr 20, 20261.0Unfortunately today’s experience wasn’t the best I’ve had at a Dutch Bros! It’s my birthday and I’m usually used to using the app to get my free drink on my birthday. However, now you have to wait a full 24 hours? On your birthday for your birthday drink?!!! Hmmmm? Then I asked to get a blended drink since I downloaded the app. I was able to get a free medium one. However, the manager supposedly took my order and did not enter my order correctly as I ordered it. So I asked for them to remake it after I had to go back after the drink was not good and not the way I ordered it. So then I ordered something different and got a blended drink like I originally wanted and asked for whipped cream and they gave me one layer of whip cream small thin drop! My drink was still not good watered down! Overall not satisfied with the experience!😩 Worst Dutch bros experience has ever provided!

She looked at us waiting, didn’t care just kept on talking to the girl in the car, after about 4 minutes the car drove off without no coffe being handed out, The worst part was she tried “panhandling” a “Gratuity” before making the drinks. Is Dutch really doing so bad they have the workers “Panhandle”. Cause asking for a “Gratuity or Tip” as a thank you for great service after it was provided that is no longer a “thank you” but a person begging for $

I usually get the frozen drinks blended and whoever's making them they're not prepared properly. They're all separated and once you drink the flavor it's just ice. Poor service

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
