  Missing items on my orders after I had to wait 40 minutes plus for my order then I called the store. To you let them know what I was missing and let them know that they had a passenger with them just to get told they dropped their coworker off out of the way of my house and the guy I talked to was extremely rude like he did not like his job

  Don’t usually leave reviews but being this is the 3rd or 4th time where our order was completely wrong or we didn’t get it at all. Last time we waited for over 1.5 hrs and called multiple times and were told that it was being delivered still and once we got notified it was delivered we had to call because we got nothing delivered they told us the driver got lost and was back at the store but could bring the food to us now but at this point we asked what would that do since the food had been sitting for 2 hours now and wouldn’t be good they did not offer to remake it or to try and help at all they just said sorry about that we can cancel it if you want. Talking to a manager is pointless since they say the same thing if it is the actual manager that they let us speak to anyways. Tried to order again today and something happened to the order it changed from what I chose and what was in my cart was different than what the order said when I paid which I did not notice and ended up with the wrong food and 14 sauces that I did not need or want and also did not get the garlic bites I added so I have no use for the sauces u have. The pizza is called and looks like it also had been sitting a little while the pasta I got is chewy and hard to eat. Again called to try and get some support or assistance to make it right but they refuse and don’t take any accountability and blame it on the website and said I would need to contact them to let them know but nothing they welcome or would do for me Will never use again

  The website wouldn't let me use my card, but it worked fine at the store. Any size for $10 is a good deal these days.

  I tried to order online last Thursday, was given an error code but the money was still taken out of my husbands account. So we decided to call and tell them, was told it would go back in there and it did so we called again to order instead of using the app, the girl we spoke to tried to charge our card EIGHT TIMES and it pulled money out TWICE but she said it was showing declined on her end so there was nothing we could do. So now we’re out $60 and didn’t get food at all. They said it would stay pending until it went back into the account but then they went and finalized the sale and are refusing to give us a refund for SOMETHING WE DIDNT EVEN GET. This is ridiculous. That’s theft.
