This was a huge let down. Ignored by the "server" and "Bartender". Soda was flat, food was cold and half the games didn't work for the $58 all day game pass... sure the manager paid for my food after I had to complain... but why should it come to that. And the whole table was let down, why did the guy who spoke up only be treated... and it takes alot for me to say somthing... but enough was enough... go somewhere else, save alot of money and have better service. This place is ran horribly. Would not recommend to my enemies....

Corrine was our server. She messed up my order 3 times as well as my grandson. Then when the check came she just tried to have me pay on the tablet before seeing a receipt. I of course asked to see the receipt first. She had charged me extra for to of my sides that actually already came with the meal. The works service ever. I didn’t tip and believe me I am a huge tipper. Games are great of course.

Bartender was down right terrible. Went back to get a drink and made eye contact at least 5 times an never got served. She wasn't at all friendly till she brought back change during our meal. Definitely could have made good tips off us. Poor form especially since its my birthday. Instead got scoffed at for having a different hair color then my ID. Instead I left and headed to buy my own mixers. Hire better bartenders. You'd make more money. Just saying.

This location is very nice, and clean. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 very young children) chose to dine in the restaurant while we were there playing games and we had a less than impressive interaction with the 2 hostesses. The one that was actually seating us brought us to a table that was right next to the bar, and it was a very high table with the tall chairs, mind you, I had a 3yr old in my arms. My husband and I looked at each other and I had asked if there was somewhere else we could sit and nudged the toddler in my arms and she rolled her eyes so far into her head and as she turned around she said to the other hostess under her breath “oh my god”. I very quickly assured her that we weren’t trying to be an inconvenience but I have a 3yr old and that table isn’t really the best option for a small child, let alone 2 small children. She didn’t say a word to us and had the other hostess bring us to a table in the main dining area, which was a normal sized table, totally appropriate for children. While she was walking us to the table she was justifying why they were going to sit us at the first table. I couldn’t even listen to her, it was pretty shocking to be blatantly treated like that, especially when we had our kids with us. If you’re not happy with your job, or a customer rubs you the wrong way, do what everyone else does and wait to roll your eyes or say something until after they have left the area that you are in. It was pretty bad, we were actually discussing leaving and finding somewhere else to eat. After we were seated our server Justin was able to very quickly salvage our experience. Justin’s service was top tier, and he was genuine and attentive. Honestly, every other staff member we interacted with was great! Their manager on shift Christian, came and spoke to us as well. Our interaction with him was also extremely genuine and he was super nice. The food was great, I had never eaten in a Dave and Busters, and honestly I wasn’t expecting too terribly much, but it was really good I was pretty impressed. The food was good, and the establishment was clean, but the real highlight for us was our server. Justin really saved the day and turned our experience from very negative to extremely positive.

I booked my son’s 12 year birthday party at the Dave and Buster in Spokane and it was a perfect birthday experience! We had a total of 10 boys and it was very accommodating for them all. It was reasonably priced for the entire experience. Each kid received a $25 game play card for all games plus I added the $5 card per kid which gave them unlimited game play for blue games only. The games included were actually very fun and the kids were impressed that they were included in the $5 game card. The food for the party package was great - included in the package was cheese and pepperoni pizza, fries, an a fruit platter. It came with unlimited soda as well! The service was excellent and the manager was very accommodating. Afterwards, I overheard some of my son’s friends say it was the best party they’ve ever been to. I took the time to write this detailed review because I was hoping to find this kind of information when I was booking. I hope this helps for anyone interested in booking a party, it is the perfect spot! Thanks Dave and Busters Spokane 🙏
