  I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Dairy Queen. I’ve been coming here for about 15 years and have always had great service, which is why this experience was so frustrating. The woman at the drive-thru window was noticeably rude, which caught me off guard since I’m used to friendly service here. I understand that people have bad days, but this felt over the top. On top of that, when I received my order, the ice creams were completely melted by the time they were handed to me. It felt like there was no care or attention put into the order at all. This location has always been reliable for me, so I’m hoping this was just a one-time issue. I’d really like to see things improve and get back to the level of service I’ve come to expect over the years.

  If I could give it no stars I would. The last 4 times we ordered from here we have had to wait 30 plus minutes for our order. This last time I ordered a large shake at 730 I didn’t get it until almost 820. Multiple people who ordered after me received there orders before mine. I was just left standing around for almost a hour. Won’t be going here for a while the one in Francis is way faster

  I used to love going to dairy Queen, but with the quality of the food I can't ever justify it, a medium blizzard is 8$ and that's a small soda cup no less, another company trying to nickel and dime their customers at every opportunity, and don't even get my started on the rewards know. It used to be you'd spend 50$ to get a free large blizzard or a 6 piece, know you have to spend 100$ to get enough points, I know this isn't necessarily a store issue and it's a corporate issue but nonetheless I won't be supporting either anymore

  I always order a Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream Cake for my Wife every Year. It is Her Favorite and now a tradition for us. I can always count on DQ to have one ready with my Wife's name put on it and Fresh as well in a timely manner, every Year! Amazing Service and Outstanding employees at DQ! They will always get my Business! ❤️

  This is the best DQ I’ve ever been to. Extremely clean location with fast and friendly service. Their food is extremely consistent and amazing. I had the pleasure of talking with the manager and the owner in the same visit and the whole experience was phenomenal. Thank you for having high standards!
