- KYKourtney YbarraApr 9, 20261.0Ordered my husband and I food they made his burrito into a bowl and forgot a whole side of steak I paid $6 extra for when called staff was super rude and not helpful at all food is smashed in and looks a mess was ready early and Cold had been sitting for what seems to be a while due to temp being cold never going to this location again
- RLRichie LaGuardiaApr 8, 20261.0I went for national burrito day and what a major disappointment 😔 I asked for double chicken then asked how much after seeing even with double meat it was still skimpy! The cashier said $4 extra but the burrito was already $10 so I said nevermind so they took off the extra spoon full of chicken. The queso & avocado are extra money. So I left with a burrito that was basically a rice & bean burrito no chicken came through queso & avocado would have been a nice touch. The cashier was not friendly and looked upset when I said forget the $4 scoop of chicken. Anyways I will not be back anytime soon and that's sad because I'd pay $15 for a good burrito but to get that you have to pay for to many extras that would be closer to $20 for a decent burrito!

Why do some chipotle employees not change their gloves and wash their hands between handling payments and making the next customers’ food? I have observed this on so many occasions and have even had to correct employees myself. Please correct your employees at this location.
