  Friendly buy exhausted crew. They git hit by 3 large events happening all at once, the line was out the door. Staff wete moving too fast and they almost mossed meat on a few orders, and when corrected barely added any! Otherwise, food expectations met!

  Thanks for giving me and my friends severe food poisoning with your chicken! We were in the ER vomiting and fainting for 6 hours. Needed an IV drip and pills. Had to miss my flight back home. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. Teach your staff how to pick up after themselves and not use rotten chicken meat. Filthy.

  Been in a couple times over the last couple weeks. The first time I waited 5 minutes for anyone to even show up at the front while the line just grew longer and longer. They gave me the smallest bowl I’ve ever seen with the food being cold and not to standard. Brownness on the lettuce, chewy/gritty chicken, cold queso and they were very rude the whole time. I thought maybe they were just having a day and I’d come back. When I went back a couple days later the guy at the front told me they had no white rice. I asked if they were fully out or just out up front. He hesitated to go to the back and very disrespectfully said no I said we’re out of rice. I decided to leave and I won’t be going back to this chipotle location unfortunately. Coulda made a lot of money off me due to it being right up the street from work and a great lunch. But now I will settle for something else for now on. Probably Qdoba where they are extremely nice and the food is fresh!

  We went to this location yesterday for lunch. It was me and my daughter and the grandkids first of all the place was filthy all the tables and the floor We’re littered with trash and the tables have not been wiped down. Also, there were three young men working the counter and one of them was dropping F bombs when he was in the back and then he came out, still dropping f bombs. My daughter, let it go for the first few times, and then she had to bring it to his attention that there were children in the building and please watch his language. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional! This place needs a good manager!!!

  Ordered a pickup via Grubhub, which mentioned that the order would be ready by 11.10 am. At store on time, but was told that there's a large catering order so would be delayed by 20 mins. In the meantime, as pickup orders were being placed at the designated bins for folks to pickup, I was checking if mine was there. At 12.40 (90 minutes later), when I checked for the third time with the person at the cashier's section, I was told that the order was prepared and someone else took it, while I know that it wasn't the case as I was checking all orders being kept. (And the app still indicated that the order was in process.) The manager said there wasn't anything he could do. While waiting, I had tried to cancel the order via Grubhub, but they said that they couldn't as the store was preparing the item. So neither was I able to cancel the item and stand in line to place another order, nor was the order delivered. A hugely disappointing experience with 90 wasted minutes and no food.
